The logistics industry requires a special kind of individual to handle the pace, the pressure and the attention to detail to survive and be successful. In the last 7 years, finding candidates willing to accept this challenge, on my own has become increasingly difficult. I had been aware of Schulte staffing for the last 15 years and have been working directly with them for the last 7 plus years. The Schulte team understands the type of person I look for, they work hard to understand the particular job I am trying to fill and then they send me candidates. I have found and hired some of my best workers through the Schulte team. I think my only issue with them is they need an office New York, I need help with hiring in that market as well as the Boston market.
